1. Use of Our Site

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this Site.

• You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Orders and Payments

• All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices are listed in pounds and may change without notice.

• All wholesale orders are required to be paid in full on receipt of your invoice which will be sent out weekly.

• A non refundable deposit of £20.00 is required for all celebration cakes and other products and must be paid 2 weeks prior to the collection of your order. The remaining amount is due on collection or delivery of your order. 

3. Pickup & Delivery 

• We will provide an estimated pickup or delivery time when you place your order. 

• We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic).

• Please check your order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues.

• For wholesale orders, orders must be placed before Sunday at 12:00pm. All wholesale orders will be delivered on a Thursday.

4. Allergies and Dietary Information

• Our bakery products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy and sulfer dyoxide. Although we aim to produce vegan friendly, dairy free and gluten free products.

• While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• Every order will be provided with an allergen list.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by Whip gluten free bakery or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whip gluten free bakery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

• Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

• Order Changes:

  • Requests to modify an order (e.g., change in pickup time, product selection, or delivery address) must be made at least 1 week before the scheduled pickup or delivery.

  • Requests to change pick up or delivery time of an order must be made 2 days prior to the original collection date.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability.

• Cancellations:

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if you notify us at least 1 week before the scheduled pickup or delivery.

  • For wholesale orders, orders may be canceled for a full refund if you notify us at least 2 weeks before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Failure to cancel as required will result in forfeiture of 50% of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients and preparation may already be underway.

• Custom or Special Orders:

  • Custom cakes, large catering orders, or special items require a non-refundable deposit of £20.

  • If a custom order is canceled after the deposit is paid, the deposit will not be refunded.

• No-Shows:

  • If you fail to pick up your order at the scheduled time and do not contact us within 24 hours, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

• Quality Concerns:

  • If you believe there is an issue with your order (e.g., damage, incorrect item), please contact us within 5 hours of pickup or delivery.

  • We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
